I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased our agency is with your Turning Target System.

We purchased the [Professional] unit and two [Partner units], and put them to work within the first week of owning them at our quarterly firearms training. this session lasted for two weeks, and your target system held up great.

We used the system in a challenging "Shoot no Shoot" scenario and the comments made by the officers participating were extremely complimentary as to the added realism your system added to the training.

From a Firearms Instructors point of view, your system couldn't be any better. Its ease of transport, set up and maintenance make it a definite asset to our targets and props. The endless amount of ways we have already thought of to incorporate your system into our training is also a definite plus.

I wanted to write and let you know how pleased we are with your turning target system. As you know, we purchased a [Professional] unit and three [Partner] units from you this past spring. We have put these targets to the test and are happy to report they have worked flawlessly. We have used them in different weather conditions and have found that even when it's raining sideways, these targets will perform.

When I initially decided to purchase this system, I talked with you about my needs and you designed a system that will easily perform out to the 300 yard course of fire that I conduct with our rifles. And, now that we've had time to experiment and ponder, we have come up with numerous other uses for this target system for not only range operations, but also in our indoor facilities with Simunition exercises. These targets will be a great training tool for building searches as well as active shooter scenarios. They can be easily integrated into static targets as well as other moving target systems.

We hope to purchase a second [Professional] unit and at least one more [Partner] unit this budget year. Because your target systems are so affordable, we feel that we can make this purchase and still maintain a budget that has significant cuts since last year.

So in closing, I would just like to say thank you again for working with us and the customer support you have offered when we have had questions. I will continue to recommend your products to all firearms instructors that I come into contact with.
